Eligibility for Returns:

- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags or stickers attached.

- Change of mind or incorrect selection is not a valid reason for return.
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Return Process:

- Provide order details and reason for return.
- Once approved, dispatch the product back to us. (Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.)
Refund Policy

- Refunds are not applicable for change of mind cases.

- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, bank details will be required for the refund process.

- No Refunds or Exchanges will be accepted after the 7-day window.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault from Fly Bee (e.g., wrong or defective product).
